OstroVit 100% Peanut Powder contains pure peanut content ground into a loose powder. It is a completely natural product and does not contain any added substances, sugar or salt. The sugar and salt in the ingredients are naturally found in peanuts. It is a source of many vitamins and minerals and, above all, unsaturated fatty acids. The pure, nutty flavour of the flour is ideal as an accompaniment to breads, cakes and omelettes. It goes well with both sweet and savoury dishes and will therefore be widely used in everyday cooking.
